Terms of Service

Welcome to Beach Flow. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Pragmateia LLC dba Beach Flow (“Beach Flow,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using beachflow.co and our related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. Subscription & Billing

Beach Flow offers monthly and annual subscriptions. By starting a subscription, you authorize us (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method the listed plan price plus any applicable taxes. Subscriptions auto-renew at the same cadence (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. Promo codes adjust your first and recurring charges according to the code’s terms.

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

3. Direct Coaching Services

Film reviews, 1:1 calls, and private lessons are sold separately from the subscription. Subscriber discounts apply at the time of purchase and require an active subscription. Direct service availability depends on the coach’s tournament and travel schedule.

4. Content & License

All Beach Flow video, text, and audio content is owned by Beach Flow or its coaches and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use during your active subscription. You may not download, redistribute, reproduce, or publicly perform the content without our written permission.

5. Community Conduct

Our Discord and any user-facing community surface is governed by these Terms and the Discord community guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access for harassment, hate speech, doxxing, spam, or impersonation.

See our Refund Policy for full details. In short: we offer a satisfaction-based refund window on first-time subscriptions and one-off services as described there. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

Coaching content is general educational information, not personalized medical, training, or rehabilitation advice. You assume the risk of any physical activity you choose to undertake based on Beach Flow content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beach Flow’s aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute not subject to arbitration is the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
