Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Pragmateia LLC dba Beach Flow (“Beach Flow,” “we”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use beachflow.co and our related services.

1. Information we collect

• Account info: email, name, and password hash, managed by our auth provider Clerk.
• Billing info: charge history and last-four card digits, managed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Usage data: which videos you watch and for how long, stored to power your library, our payouts to coaches, and to improve the product.
• Device data: IP, browser, and OS for security, fraud-prevention, and analytics.

2. How we use information

• To deliver the Service, including the library, Discord access, and direct coaching scheduling.
• To process payments, refunds, and coach payouts.
• To send transactional email (receipts, account, support, security).
• To send marketing email if you opted in, with one-click unsubscribe in every message.
• To improve the Service and detect abuse.

3. Who we share with

We share only what each service needs to function: Clerk (auth), Stripe (payments and Connect payouts), Mux (video delivery), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting), and Neon/Vercel Postgres (database). We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure usage. You can clear cookies in your browser; doing so may sign you out.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise a right, email diegoperezvolleyball@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we do not sell or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Data retention

Account, billing, and usage data is retained while your account is active and for up to 7 years after closure for tax and legal purposes. Marketing data is deleted within 30 days of unsubscribe.

7. Children

Beach Flow is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes

We will announce material changes by email and in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
