Refund Policy

Subscription refunds

We offer a 7-day satisfaction refund window on first-time subscriptions. If Beach Flow isn’t what you expected, email diegoperezvolleyball@gmail.com within 7 days of your first charge and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked.

Renewal charges (monthly or yearly) are non-refundable. You can cancel any time from your account page and keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Direct coaching service refunds

• Film reviews are refundable if we haven’t started recording feedback yet. Once feedback is delivered, the purchase is final.
• 1:1 calls are refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Inside 24 hours, we will reschedule once at no charge.
• Private lessons follow the schedule and weather policy disclosed at booking. Refunds and reschedules are handled on a case-by-case basis; we are reasonable.

Disputes and chargebacks

If something isn’t right, please email us first — we almost always resolve directly and quickly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us can suspend your account while the dispute is reviewed by Stripe.
